This site works as a catalogue. Adding a piece to your enquiry list and sending it to us isn't an order or a payment, it's a request for a quote. Every sale is confirmed with you personally, by phone, WhatsApp, email, or an appointment.
We keep prices and stock as accurate as we can, especially for loose diamonds, which move quickly. Prices shown in a currency other than our default are estimates based on the exchange rate at the time, not a locked-in price, and don't include any local taxes or duties. We'll always confirm the final number with you before anything is finalised.
Where a diamond is listed as certified, it comes with a report from GIA or another lab held to a similarly high standard. We stand behind every certificate we provide.
Custom pieces only go into production once we've agreed on the design and price with you. Because they're made specifically for you, we generally can't take a bespoke piece back once we've started making it, unless it doesn't match what we agreed.
The photos, videos, and text on this site belong to Audrey’s (or we have permission to use them). Please don't reuse them commercially without asking us first.
We do our best to keep this site accurate and running smoothly, but we can't promise it'll be error-free or available every second. We're not responsible for problems caused by using the site, within what the law allows.
We may update these terms occasionally. If we do, the new version goes up on this page, and using the site afterward means you're fine with the update.
