If you WhatsApp or email us, we'll have whatever you shared there too. We also pick up some basic technical details automatically, like your approximate location (used only to show prices in your local currency) and general browsing activity, the same way most websites do.
To respond to your enquiries, arrange consultations or appointments, quote you accurately, and occasionally follow up if you've asked about a piece. We don't use your information for anything beyond running the business and staying in touch with you.
Your information stays with our team. We don't sell it, and we only share it with outside parties where it's needed to do business, for example a shipping courier if we're sending you something, or a service provider that helps us run the site.
