Audrey's traces back to Hong Kong, grew into one of Malaysia's established names in certified diamonds, and is now returning to where it started, built the same way throughout, on certified stones, honest pricing, and jewellery made to be worn for a lifetime, not just sold once.
Audrey's goes back further than its own name. Our father built his life in Hong Kong's gem trade from the ground up, starting by supplying loose and melee diamonds (small diamonds, usually under 0.18 carat, used as accent stones) to jewellers and businesses across the trade, before growing into jewellery of his own. His sons carried that same standard into Malaysia, first in wholesale, then as Audrey's: a retail house built on independently certified stones and transparent pricing. That grew into one of Malaysia's established names in certified diamonds and bridal jewellery, anchored by our showroom at the Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, open to visit, browse, and consult in person.
Our Hong Kong space is a private showroom, not a walk-in retail floor, which is why we see clients one at a time, by private appointment, rather than open walk-in hours.
The certification standards, the sourcing, and the attention to a single client's piece are the same ones that built the business in Malaysia, just in a quieter, more personal setting. It's also where the family's story in diamonds first began, bringing Audrey's back to the city it started in, one appointment at a time.
